Designed for beginners and busy women, this supportive 9-week course helps you go from walking to running your first 5K with confidence.

Finding Your Rhythm

WEEK 03

Building Endurance

We start gently, building confidence with short run/walk intervals. You’ll learn that running doesn’t have to be fast—it just has to start.

Goal: Build confidence and complete your first intervals.

We slightly increase your running time while keeping plenty of recovery. You’ll begin to feel more comfortable and in control.

Goal: Settle into a steady run/walk rhythm

This is where things start to click! Longer running intervals are introduced, helping you build stamina.

Goal: Run for longer periods and trust your body

WEEK 04

Stepping It Up

You’ll start linking longer runs together and noticing real progress in your fitness.

Goal: Improve endurance and feel stronger

WEEK 05

Your First Big Milestone

This is a HUGE confidence week—you’ll work towards your first longer continuous run.

Goal: Experience your first sustained run (a big win!)

WEEK 06

Growing Stronger

We build on your progress with longer running efforts and increased confidence.
